Privacy Policy

Ledger ("the app") is built so that your professional credentials and continuing-education
records stay yours.

What we collect

Nothing. Ledger has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
The developer receives no data about you or your documents.

Where your data lives

• Everything you add — credentials, CE records, scanned certificates — is stored on your
  device.
• Document scanning, text recognition, and Apple Intelligence extraction run entirely
  on-device. Your documents are never uploaded for processing.
• If you turn on iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud database,
  encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, and accessible only to your Apple Account.
  The developer cannot read it.

Purchases

Ledger Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details. Receipts are
validated on-device via StoreKit.

Permissions

• Camera — used only when you choose to scan a certificate.
• Photo library — Ledger uses the system photo picker, which shares only the photos you
  select.
• Notifications — optional renewal and pacing reminders, scheduled locally on your device.

Data deletion

Delete any record in the app, or erase everything via Settings → Erase all data. Disabling
iCloud Sync and deleting the app's iCloud data in iOS Settings removes synced copies.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, the update will appear here with a new effective date.
